My child who wanted this hoodie really bad does not like things too small or too big. Typically with sweatshirts I try to order a little big because I know they are going to shrink in the dryer. But because my son is very particular about fit, I even measured his favorite hoodie sweat shirt and went by the measurement chart to find his size and it was way too small. I needed it 3 more sizes up to possibly fit him. Third apparel does not refund or exchange for size.
To clarify, we cannot issue a refund or exchange simply because the wrong size was ordered. However, if the item's sizing differs from the sizing chart, we may be able to reorder it due to production error. Please send me a photo showing the discrepancy, and I'll follow up with the production team. Thank you!
