Third Set Apparel Return & Refund Policy

At Third Set Apparel, we care about your experience and want you to be happy with your order. Because of the unique nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged or defective.

If Something Arrives Damaged

  • Please email us at mariel@thirdsetapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item so we can take care of it quickly.

  • Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

A Few Things to Note

  • We can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like a change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or general wear and tear.

  • Gift cards, digital items, and sale pieces are also non-refundable.
